STELLA MARIS, FALMOUTH

CAD Architects were engaged to update and extend this coastal property. The proposals included the removal of existing walls to create a large open plan living and dining space. Extensions to the existing house provided additional ancillary and bedroom accommodation. The rear kitchen extension benefits from a glazed roof lantern that floods the space with natural daylight. The design ethos was to create a contemporary modern home that sits comfortably with neighbouring buildings. The Client actively project-managed the work using their preferred Contractor, Ridgwells Construction. The quality of the finished project is a testament to their hard work and expertise.
