CAD Architects were appointed in 2015 to renovate, partly demolish and extend a former 19th Century Corn Mill.
Blowinghouse Mill is located in a valley in Trevellas Downs, 1.5 miles south of Perranporth.
The site consisted of an old mill building and main house on a large 6,000 sqm landscaped plot.
Planning permission was then achieved to divide the site to create 2 properties.
The Mill was then converted and extended into a luxurious 5 bedroom family home, including a separate 2 bedroom annexe with triple garage.
The Client was very keen to re-establish the character of the Corn Mill, which included the recent reinstatement of the mill wheel itself.
