THE PROJECT
Located in central St Ives, the site is the former Sheaf of Wheat Pub closed in 2015.
The scheme is a brownfield development, consisting of 5 townhouses, some of which will provide accommodation for key workers in the local area.
The design reflects the historic character of the neighbouring buildings, matching local materials and architectural features.
Building work is expected to begin in 2018.
