Designed by Jeremy Bradley, this new house design replaced a dormer bungalow which previously occupied the site. The new plans located the principal living space on first floor, to take advantage of the sweeping sea views.
The context of the new dwelling restricted the overall available height. The new home design therefore made clever use of one and a half storeys, with a steep pitch roof and two large gable features to provide a light and spacious living area.
The success of this residential architecture project has created an interior for the property with clean contemporary lines and well-lit bright spaces, which flow easily to enhance the feeling of space.
