The Boathouse is an award-winning design by Ross Edwards, receiving a ‘Special Commendation Award for a New Building’ at the Cornish Buildings Group Awards.
The building is stepped back into the hillside overlooking the Percuil River, the contemporary design sitting perfectly in this area of outstanding natural beauty,combining comfort with functionality.Two thirds of the property was developed as the living area; featuring a spiral staircase, round windows, a huge open-plan living area with glass skylights & a stunning view over the water; the remainder devoted to boat storage.
