This project present an amazing opportunity for residential development architecture to create iconic buildings in a stunning setting. High above and to the south of Mevagissey, the apartments have unrivalled views out to see. Such views and the location demanded the raised walkway and lookout.

The round houses also occupy stunning plots on the cliff top. Designing in the round presented many challenges for us as residential architects. The room layouts were key to resolving the circular plan form and we believe the houses succeeded in achieving interesting, practical and beautiful spaces.

12 east facing apartments on the coastal cliff edge above Mevagissey Harbour, command dramatic views along the coast on the site of the former Harbour Lights Hotel, in an area of special character.
