MOUNT WISE

 
This was a composite scheme for three adjacent sites assembled by our client. Ultimately the scheme encompassed 101 apartments. In conceiving a scheme of this scale CAD wanted to create a street scene with variety whilst retaining a harmony across the entire scheme.
The application was well received but ultimately the client could not agree the affordable housing requirements and the sites were developed individually.
