THE PROJECT
This block of high quality contemporary apartments is located adjacent to Newquay Golf Club and within sight of, and a short walk from, the beach.
The developer wanted their residential architects to create a dense well designed block of contemporary apartments to replace the existing out of date and run down hotel.
CAD Architects delivered a planning approval and were then novated to the design and build contractor, with whom they then delivered the finished apartments.
