THE PROJECT
CAD were commercial architects for this new vehicle serving centre at Blackwater, a steel portal frame building design with profiled metal sheet cladding.
Although the building superstructure is very straightforward, the floor slab and post construction fixed plant, lifts, etc, required close coordination.
The completed building is a busy and much used facility.
