Planning Approval has been granted for two new dwellings in Gorran Churchtown which includes the reconstruction of an existing cottage. The proposed design had to be carefully considered to respect the character of the village which is within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We look forward to seeing how the new houses look when they’re completed!
