Planning Approval has been granted for a modern extension to a historic house overlooking Mylor Creek.
The modern design is intended to contrast with the traditional dwelling and provides the original property with a much-improved outlook onto the river, with a large balcony, new open plan kitchen and additional bedrooms. Traditional materials such as natural stone and timber along with a standing-seam metal roof will give the building a high-quality finish.
