Planning has been approved for 16 houses at Carvynick, Summercourt, near Newquay. The proposal includes a mixture of 3, 4 and 5 bed homes; both detached and semi-detached houses. The approval was a Reserved Matters Application for which CAD Architects had previously achieved Outline Consent.
The development will create an exciting new residential community just off the A30 which will be centred around a 17th Century farmhouse (now pub) with leisure facilities. We are looking forward to seeing the approved scheme now progress to construction.
