Planning Approved - 22 new dwellings at Crantock, Newquay
Planning has been granted for 22 new homes in the village of Crantock near Newquay. The approval represents the next phase of the successful residential development at Halwyn Meadows by our Clients, Legacy Properties. The proposals include a new footpath, affordable homes and public open space. A variety of house types and apartments have been proposed to respond to the constraints of the site and to give interest to the new streetscape being created.
