A large four bedroomed house accessed from the road above and built into the side of the St. Mawes promontory with uninterrupted views across to St. Anthony Headland and the Manacles.

The main bedroom and Living Areas are accentuated by the introduction of full height curved glazing with balconies in a similar configuration and frameless glazed balustrading.
